Hot off the presses - Aoshima has announced the Black Lagoon TA22, a super-cool version of the 1972 Toyota Celica 1600GT!
This kit is part of their Tuned Car Series and comes to us in 1/24 scale. It uses a standard 1600GT but comes covered (well, YOU have to cover it) with an original Aoshima design Manga character livery. Under that livery sits a raked Celica complete with full interior and suspension, complimented with chrome wheels wrapped with some serious meat!
According to Aoshima, these are 'prototype' drawings and the final product may differ, but I'll be, for sure, putting this on my list of must-haves. While I'm not a big Manga fan, a single color, un-covered version of this might be awesome!
