Scale Car Modeler would like to introduce our first 3D Printed product aimed at making Model Building a little bit easier. My first product, the Modeling Tool Workstation, is designed to organize all of your most used tools in one place. It is broken down into 3 separate pieces:
Part 1 - The Main Unit: the main organizer is designed to hold paintbrushes, sanding sticks, files, parts clips, hobby knives, pin vise or scribers. There's also a dedicated spot in the front for Tamiya's Cement, Mark Fit and Panel Liner jars.
Part 2 - The Tape Holder: this piece has 3 compartments and is designed to securely hold all 3 sizes of Tamiya's tape dispensers - 6mm, 10mm and 18mm.
Part 3 - The 'Extras' Bin: contains 2 spare holding areas for overflow items, great for larger paint pens or any other taller items.
All 3 parts have a special 'tape pocket' on the side that allows you to 'connect' them with double-sided tape, making this one large, convenient workstation!
I printed this out on my Bambu Labs A1 Mini (thus, the 3 parts), but could be connected to work on printers with larger print beds. See additional photos below.
